What services do you offer?

We offer professional bartending services, including experienced bartenders, high-quality bar equipment, and glassware. We can also assist with liquor purchasing and provide non-alcoholic options.

What is your service area?

We proudly serve the North Texas and East Texas areas, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Waxahachie, Plano, Frisco, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Allen, McKinney, Prosper, Canton, Tyler and many other small cities between here and there. Depending on location, there may be a small travel charge.

How do you handle gratuity?

Gratuity is customary for excellent service. We suggest a standard gratuity of 20%. With most of our packages a minimum tip amount is set.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires [60] days’ notice for a full refund. Within [30] days, a cancellation fee applies.

Can we provide our own liquor?

Absolutely! You're welcome to provide your own liquor, or we can assist with purchasing list. We are a dry-hire establishment.

Do you provide ice and garnishes?

We provide high-quality ice and fresh garnishes for all our events.

What kind of drink ware do you offer?

We offer a variety of drink ware to suit your event, including plastic highball glasses, rocks glasses, wine glasses, and champagne flutes.

Do you provide all necessary bar equipment?

Yes, we provide all the necessary bar equipment, including shakers, strainers, glassware, and ice bins.

How many bartenders do you recommend for my event?

The number of bartenders depends on the number of guests and the type of event. We can help you determine the optimal staffing for your needs.

What is the typical bartender-to-guest ratio?

A general guideline is one bartender for every 75 guests. However, this can vary depending on the type of event and drink service.

Do your bartenders have experience with crowd control and managing intoxicated guests?

Our bartenders are highly trained in responsible serving and can handle any situation that may arise.

Can you provide waitstaff or servers in addition to bartenders?

While our primary focus is bartending, we can often recommend reliable waitstaff or server services in your area.

Do your bartenders have the necessary licenses?

Yes, All of our bartenders are TABC licensed and insured to serve alcohol.

Do you handle liquor licensing for the event?

We do not handle liquor licensing, but we can provide guidance and recommendations.

We strictly adhere to all underage drinking laws and will require valid identification from all guests.
